Royann Dean

Royann is a marketing and communications veteran with experience in developing and branding and communication strategies for global brands such as Heineken, FIFA, the Bahamas Development Bank, and Baha Mar and Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, a Masters Degree in Design Management (Hons) from University of The Arts London, and a certification in digital transformation from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Royann is a director at the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation and the founder and chairperson of its inaugural digital transformation committee. A creative economy advocate and an experienced panel discussion developer and moderator, she is the creator of Inspired/By, the Bahamas’ only conversation about business, design and creativity. Royann is a member of the Rotary Club of East Nassau in Nassau, Bahamas.

She is the first director of the club’s first Environmental Protection, Responsibility and Sustainability committee. She has been a Rotarian for approximately one decade and has also served as the public relations director and on the vocational committee.
